Thank You South India
This past month, in South India, I’ve been…
-Soothed by your waters and burned in your fires
-Practicing a living puja and invoking worship in every moment
-Nourished by ingesting sunshine, heat, spices, flavors, sounds, teachings, textures, colors, temples, birdsongs, dog calls, devas, and at least 50 kinds of love
-Striping down and surrendering more and more
-Humbled by what has been revealed as the flames of spiritual purification intensified for me and others
-Soaking in prayer, meditation and mantra
-Reminded to keep chanting the nama constantly, regardless of what name of god one chooses to chant
-Sitting in the truth that every prayer and act of kindness truly does matter
-Learning from our beloved local teachers & friends
-Releasing habitual patterns
-Strengthened in ways I didn't know was possible
-Allowing myself to grieve my father’s death in a way that wasn't possible before
-Bowing in gratitude and sharing the depth of my heart and many sacred moments with beloveds
Until next time, Dear South India. My belly, heart, mind, and soul are totally full and satisfied.
Extra thanks and bowing to the beautiful people who joined us for the 2026 South India Pilgrimage. It was a profound journey for each of us (see photo above).
