Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training

Our 90- Hour Teacher Training prepares you to:

  • Teach public prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and specialty workshops (see below for details)

  • Support a pregnant person safely when they drop in to your public yoga class online or in-studio

  • Empower yourself as a pregnant person

  • Inform your one-to-one sessions with your yoga students, doula clients, midwifery clients and those you support as an L&D nurse or childbirth educator

The foundation of Birthing Mama is love. This teacher training offers techniques to manifest generosity and care, and to build a sustainable teaching practice. Trainees are asked to participate in self-reflection, class design and leadership, and exercises that strengthen our knowledge and intuition about the body and soul during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

The training consists of 23 video sessions that have been edited from the 2021 Livestream 90hr Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training. This means that you get to enjoy the convenience of an e-learning course where you can work at your own pace while still receiving the warmth and personal relationships that you would have in a live online training.

On-Demand Option

Our most flexible model of study to support your schedule, needs and pace. Training can be completed on your timeline, and features video recordings from a live training and check-ins with a lead teacher.

We turned the recordings of our 2021 online training into an asynchronous on-demand training.

All our offerings are Pay From Your Heart. Recommended Rate $800.

Live Option

Take the 90-hour Prenatal Training with a live group of peers, either in-person or online livestreamed via Zoom.

Due to COVID, our live trainings have been postponed. Dates of the next training are TBD.
All our offerings are Pay From Your Heart. Recommended Rate $1500.

“Attending the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Corinne has transformed my understanding and connection to birth, motherhood, and the power of the divine feminine. This training was a perfectly-woven fabric of the physical aspects of supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers, through herbal remedies and yoga postures, and building the energetic presence to be truly present with and honor all women and their sacred process of becoming a mother. More than just a PYTT, this training has helped me grow into a better mother, stronger woman, and far more devoted yoga practitioner. I hope the wisdom and love that is so deeply embedded in this training can connect with all those who love mothers and babies far and wide.”
