1:1 Sessions with Corinne or Matthew Andrews

Private 1:1 or small group sessions are currently offered in person in Amherst or online through zoom.

1:1 or small group sessions are an opportunity to receive specific individualized support and guidance around a personal situation or goal that you have. Or to simply deepen your practice and integration of living yoga in the day to day.

Address specific concerns and receive focused support for your unique circumstances or challenges that affect the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual levels of your humanity.

Receive the teachings of yoga to support you in living a fulfilling life. Beginners with no experience are welcome, as are more seasoned practitioners looking to go to greater depths. We all have hopes, dreams and purposes for being her on the Earth at this time. What are you called to be, do and offer while you are here?

Supervision and mentorship for yoga teachers. Support for you as a teacher of yoga on a practical level as well as spiritually, emotionally and mentally.

Grief and Loss: Sessions are available to support you through a personal or collective loss or grief that you are experiencing.

Childbearing Years: Sessions are available for supporting individuals and couples with menstrual cycles, fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum and birth processing.

Within each session you can expect to find a nurturing, compassionate and loving atmosphere where you are met, seen, listened to and accepted for who you are and where you are, with support to continue forward in the direction of your heart’s longing.

Pricing

Recommended Rate: $100/hour

As with everything at Shraddhā Yoga, you are invited to look within and pay from your heart in relation to how you value something and what your financial reality is like. No one is ever turned away and we accept all offerings through Pay From Your Heart.
Payments can be made through paypal, venmo, CC, check or cash.
