Pregnancy and Postpartum Wisdom Circle

All birthing people, their partners, and birth supporters (doulas, besties, parents, family members, anyone that may be or was present at the birth) are welcome in this weekly group that focuses on the changes, challenges, and connections that bring all parents together and the yoga practices that support these connections. Come alone or bring your person!

We are creating time/day/dates for the next round of this wisdom circle - please email us if you are interested in joining the waitlist and we will contact you.

You are invited to come share in the deep wisdom and beauty that is the time of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

The sharing circle will be the central piece of our group; each week we will create an in depth sharing - or “wisdom” - circle where group members will be invited into a brave and confidential space to share their personal pregnancy and postpartum experiences. The class may or may not then expand upon discoveries from the circle through use of movement and yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) that relates to the group’s general overall tone and needs.

Our intention is to get real, to get honest, and to focus on what it is to be seen, what it is to listen, and what it is to witness. Each pregnant or postpartum person is allowed max two support people so as to keep the group smaller and more intimate. We will be meeting on Zoom, to enable connection with folks from all over the globe.
