We live in a world where we are pulled to do more, get more, and go faster. Like a car with a stuck gas pedal, we can find ourselves stuck in a cycle of rushing and disconnection from what matters most to us.
This gentle class is designed to support us in regaining our sense of ease and flow so that we can experience deep connectedness and rest.
Through the embodied practices of āsana (posture/seat), prānāyāma (breath control/practice) and yoga nidra (deep rest), we bring mindful awareness to areas of tension and stress, noticing where we are holding on to tension, and learning to let it go.
This gentle class is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all.
